It has come to my attention that my blog has become the preferred reading and conversation fodder for the community of Caruthersville. I regret that this is the case.
In starting a blog, I have always intended it to be a place for the airing of my thoughts for the perusal of various friends outside of Caruthersville. This has apparently not been the case.
One week ago I wrote a post on my blog which described our club meeting that night. I wrote out of frustration, and I wrote for myself and others who are not in the local community. Any extreme or hurtful language was out of frustration at the situation, and not anger toward any people or people group.
I sincerely apologize for any hurt feelings, and I recognize that I was out of bounds in posting these thoughts on a site that was open to the public.

Ah, brother, that's the danger of breaking one's anonymity...you lose the safety of being able to "speak your mind" about what's going on in your life. There's a couple other posts - that you and I spoke about - that will probably also bring some "hmmmm..." moments to folks who've read them.
On the other hand, the people who ARE reading you also know that (a) you're passionate, and yet human, and (b) that you're committed to calling people to Jesus Christ. God knows that most of the "hits" on my blog are from bots and web-scanners...the people who read me, let alone take me seriously, are few indeed.
If you decide to "go private" with a son-of-blog, I'd love to follow you there. I admire your heart for ministry, Levi...I just wish more people had it, and were willing to share it as you do.
Drat...didn't mean to post that anonymously. Sorry - you'd think a tech-savvy guy like me could figure that out...
